Thanks to some input from Eric Stein, I've got some preliminary criteria upon which to judge hoagies for my website.
-taste/freshness of roll
-taste of filling
-amount of filling
-size of hoagie
I'll also list the contents of the hoagie (to the best of my knowledge), the cost, and the name and address of the restaurant/deli, and I'll include a photo of the hoagie.
